Nairobi national park was the first park to be declared as a national park in Kenya and one of the worlds’ nearest parks to the city center. The park is located just 15 minutes from the central business district. Day 1: Nairobi- Nairobi National Park.
This safari starts and ends in Nairobi. Early in the morning, you shall be picked up from your pickup point and later driven to Nairobi national park. This is 15 minutes journey from Nairobi’s central business district. Upon arrival, you shall proceed with the normal park entrance formalities and later you shall begin your game drive through this insightful park. The park is blessed with several species of wildlife and these include lion, leopards, cheetah, hyena, buffalo, giraffe, baboon, zebra, wildebeest, over 100 species of mammals, and others. The parks’ ecosystem is divided into 3 sections- the dry forest, savannah grassland, and the ravine system. This game drive starts in the dry forest to look out for black rhinos and leopards. You shall continue to the savannah grassland while searching for the buffaloes, lions, gazelles, and others. Crocodiles and hippopotamus can be located in the ravine system. The game drive stops at midday and later you shall be driven back to your accommodation in Nairobi.

Day 2: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Early in the morning, you shall depart Nairobi for Amboseli National Park. The park is located at the Kenya-Tanzania border with a clear backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is notable for free-ranging Elephants. Upon arrival at the park, you shall check in your lodge, refresh a bit, take lunch and later proceed to the park for an afternoon game drive. Later, you shall retreat to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full day game drive at Amboseli National Park.
Amboseli national park is blessed with a rich ecosystem. The park is mainly swampy and it has very wonderful observation hill where you have clear views of the different swamps, savannah and wildlife within the park. During this day, you shall have a full day of game drive experience within the park. You shall start with a morning game drive which shall offer different wildlife experiences. Watching the day dawn at the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro is memorable. After witnessing several wildlife and wildlife experience, you shall drive back to the lodge for breakfast. Later, you will travel back to the park for the rest of the game drive: mid-afternoon and afternoon game drive. During this experience, you shall watch some of the wildlife species within the park which include blue wildebeest, grant’s zebra, Maasai Giraffe, African bush elephants, lions, cheetah, Cape buffalo, spotted hyena and others. Later on in the evening, you shall get ready to watch unforgettable sun setting moments at Mount Kilimanjaro. Afterwards, you shall return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer from Amboseli National Park to Masai Mara
Early in the morning, you shall drive from Amboseli national park to Masai Mara. Maasai Mara is one of the not-to-miss destinations in Kenya. Upon arrival, you shall check in your lodge, take some lunch and later drive to the park for an afternoon game drive. After the afternoon game drive, you shall return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Full day game drive at Masai Mara
Hyenas, cheetahs, lions, buffalo, leopards, Rhinoceros, Elephants, Jackals, crocodiles, hippopotamus, Maasai giraffe, antelopes, zebras, elands, Topis, wildebeests and other are some of the wildlife you shall witness this day. During this full day game drive, you shall start with an early morning game drive, after going through the park formalities; you shall begin your morning game drive which shall enable you to witness several wildlife species and wildlife experiences. Maasai Mara has remained the most visited destination in Kenya because of what to expect-many wildlife watching opportunities. It is possible to spot the big 5 just after few kilometers away from the park gate. After the morning game drive, you shall drive back to the lodge for breakfast and preparations for the rest the game drives. If you are fortunate enough and you visit during June-October, you are likely to witness the great migration where millions of wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of Zebras, topi, elands and Thomson’s gazelle cross to the Maasai Mara for water and pasture. You shall later drive back to the park for the rest of the game drive until dusk. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi
Early in the morning, you shall drive back to Nairobi to mark the end of this wonderful journey.
