Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge is a masterpiece of design nestled in the heart of the Central Serengeti, offering guests an intimate connection with one of Africa’s most celebrated wilderness areas. As the newest jewel in the Tanganyika Wilderness Camps’ crown, this lodge combines the thrill of the Serengeti’s vast plains with the comfort and luxury of modern African aesthetics. The camp’s strategic location ensures guests are at the epicenter of the Serengeti’s wildlife spectacle, from the Maasai kopjes to the meandering Grumeti River, all accessible for unforgettable game drives and witnessing the Great Migration.

The lodge’s main building, with its circular design, is a haven of relaxation and social interaction, featuring a lounge and dining area that flow seamlessly onto a large terrace overlooking the untamed plains. Here, guests can unwind on comfortable sofas, enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets, or dine under the stars with the sounds of the African night. The design ethos is one of modern African flair – fresh, bright, yet cozy, providing the perfect backdrop to the natural drama unfolding outside. Each tent at Kubu Kubu is a sanctuary, elevated on wooden platforms to offer panoramic views and privacy, where guests can enjoy the raw beauty of Africa from their private terraces or while taking a refreshing outdoor shower under the night sky.
