2 days Akagera National Park safari in Rwanda
This wonderful safari shall take you to Akagera national park to explore the largest protected wetlands in central Africa. The park is a habitation for a variety of wildlife species namely the buffaloes, the Elephants, kobs, Impalas, lions, leopards, hippopotamus, Nile crocodiles and others species. As regards to birdlife, there are so many endemic species which are attracted to the areas due to the favorable living condition, some birds prefer habiting in swampy areas. River Akagera after which the park was named crosses into the park however there are other small lakes which are part of Akagera national park and these include Lake Ihema, Shakani, Rwayakizinga, Gishanju and Mihindi.
